Guatita is the name we gave to one of the most delicious stews in our gastronomy, it is made of beef tripe that must be thoroughly cleaned. Cooking the tripe is best done in a pressure cooker to save a lot of time, but slow-cooking it with patience will also give excellent results, especially if you have Mamatere products on hand, allowing us to bring a piece of our kitchen to any place in the United States.
