Ingredientes
- 2 cups of Mama Tere banana flour
- ½ cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of Mama Tere vanilla essence
- Half a mashed banana
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- ½ tsp of baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon

Preparación
- In a bowl, sift the Mama Tere banana flour with the sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, beat the 2 eggs with the oil and Mama Tere vanilla essence. Add this mixture to the bowl of flour and other previously sifted ingredients.
- Add the half mashed banana and mix until moistened.
- Place the mixture in muffin tins previously greased with vegetable oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- After the time has elapsed, remove them from the oven and let them cool.
- It's time to enjoy your banana muffins.
