Ingredientes

  • 2 cups of Mama Tere banana flour
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of Mama Tere vanilla essence
  • Half a mashed banana
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • ½ tsp of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Preparación

  1. In a bowl, sift the Mama Tere banana flour with the sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  2. In another bowl, beat the 2 eggs with the oil and Mama Tere vanilla essence. Add this mixture to the bowl of flour and other previously sifted ingredients.
  3. Add the half mashed banana and mix until moistened.
  4. Place the mixture in muffin tins previously greased with vegetable oil.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. After the time has elapsed, remove them from the oven and let them cool.
  7. It's time to enjoy your banana muffins.
