Ingredientes

  • 1 tbsp Mama Tere yellow hot pepper paste​
  • 4 butter lettuce leaves​
  • 1 seedless habanero chili​
  • 1 cup Mama Tere corn kernels​
  • ¾ cup lemon juice​
  • ½ small red onion​
  • Mama Tere Chulpe corn​
  • ½ tsp salt​
  • Mama Tere Plantain Strips​
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro leaves​
  • 1 sweet potato, cooked, peeled, and sliced​
  • ½ lb of fresh raw sea bass or similar fish (like ono, mahimahi, or bluenose)​

Preparación

  1. Rinse and dice the fish into small cubes, then place them in a glass bowl.

  2. Slice the red onion thinly. In a large bowl, mix the fish, red onion, lemon juice, salt, habanero chili, and Mama Tere yellow hot pepper paste. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

  3. Before serving, add the chopped cilantro. Divide into 4 soup plates and serve accompanied with sweet potato slices, lettuce leaves, chulpe corn, corn kernels and plantain strips.
