My grandmother always told me that the Volquetero is the cevichocho of people with money, and that extra flavor, texture and charm is definitely given by the good Ecuadorian tuna. To repair a Dump Truck you don't need much, they are ingredients that you will always find fresh and also in the main supermarkets in the United States thanks to Mamatere.

Ingredientes

  • 1 can of tuna from EcuAtun
  • 1/2 cup of chochos
  • 1/2 cup roasted corn 1 handful of chifles 3 tablespoons of creole (paiteña onion, tomato, cilantro, lemon and salt)
  • For the sauce: 5 tomatoes (whatever you can get, it is just as delicious) 1 Creole garlic salt, pepper and cumin to taste
