Ingredientes
- 3 cups Mama Tere yellow cherry
- 1 cup water
- 1 Mama Tere sugar cane juicy
Preparación
- Wash the Mama Tere yellow cherry and place them in cold water. Cook covered in a medium pot over medium heat until they soften, about 45 minutes.
- Uncover, add the Mama Tere sugar cane juicy chopped into pieces, and mix. Cook for an additional hour over medium heat.
- Remove the softened yellow cherries from the syrup, cover the pot, and move it away from the stove. Allow it to cool slightly, then use a grinder or your hands to separate the yellow cherrys from the seeds, forming a mashed texture.
- Return them to the pot and cook for 10 more minutes. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon as it thickens.
- Remove from heat and continue stirring until it cools to warm. Form small balls with your hands and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Plate and drizzle with the prepared sugar cane juicy syrup.
